In December of 2016, my family and I purchased our first home, in Boise ID. Ernie was our Real Estate Agent at the time, and had a great home purchase experience. In February 2018, we ended up having to sell that home, due to my husband's job relocating. Ernie was our Real Estate Agent for the sale of the home as well. In November 2020, we decided to move back to Idaho, and could think of no other Real Estate agent to work with, other than Ernie! We made contact, and ultimately ended up purchasing a home in Caldwell Idaho, sight unseen (we were living in Arizona at the time). The level of trust we have in Ernie is to such an extent, that we had no issues in buying the house without seeing it in person (albeit short of Skype video calls), all while taking place during COVID-19! Ernie is extremely knowledgeable, personable, readily-available, and meticulous in his approach. The level of care he shows is world-class! There is a reason we have used his services for a total of 3 times!!! You can't go wrong with Ernie and Christine Gentile! They WILL take care of you! Here's one of many examples, which showcase their level of customer care: when we first entered the house, Ernie had left food and toiletry essentials, and made sure to turn on the heater (we moved into the home in January). Those items proved essential indeed, as they held us over until we had all our belongings delivered to our new home! The warm house was a very nice touch, and greatly appreciated!

I cannot say enough to reflect how much I enjoyed working with Ernie. Buying a house is an incredibly stressful process, and my move was hard because I was transitioning my life from California to Idaho. Ernie went out of his way to make the buying process as easy as possible. I honestly don't know how I would have made it through this without him. Ernie was not only an amazing realtor but also a great person. He made my family and i feel stress free during our home search. Ernie is an outstanding agent. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the job that Ernie and Christine did. They are an excellent team who clearly have many years of experience and know the Boise region. Some things that stuck out: Ernie perfectly sensed when to engage with us during the process and when to take a step back so we could discuss our home buying decision as a couple. Ernie never put any pressure on us in any way. Ernie made himself available to us and we never felt rushed when viewing homes (and we did multiple all day viewings). Ernie was knowledgeable about the home buying process and informed us beforehand so there were no surprises. Ernie and Christine clearly have established relationships with other actors in the Boise real estate market including our Loan Officer and local developers. This made it feel we were truly working as a team to find our home. I could go on. In the end my wife and I were able to find the perfect home for us. We have such peace with how everything went and this is largely due to the support we received from Ernie and Christine. They genuinely cared about us. My wife and I highly recommend their services. 5 stars.
