Ernie & Christine Gentile

Ernie is an outstanding agent. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the job that Ernie and Christine did. They are an excellent team who clearly have many years of experience and know the Boise region. Some things that stuck out: Ernie perfectly sensed when to engage with us during the process and when to take a step back so we could discuss our home buying decision as a couple. Ernie never put any pressure on us in any way. Ernie made himself available to us and we never felt rushed when viewing homes (and we did multiple all day viewings). Ernie was knowledgeable about the home buying process and informed us beforehand so there were no surprises. Ernie and Christine clearly have established relationships with other actors in the Boise real estate market including our Loan Officer and local developers. This made it feel we were truly working as a team to find our home. I could go on. In the end my wife and I were able to find the perfect home for us. We have such peace with how everything went and this is largely due to the support we received from Ernie and Christine. They genuinely cared about us. My wife and I highly recommend their services. 5 stars.
